PeopleStreme, provider of Human Capital software solutions has reported year on year revenue growth of 30% to 31st December 2009. By comparison, growth in the human capital management sector was reported at between 3-5% by leading vendors in the US.

Lyle Potgieter CEO of PeopleStreme cited several factors for the growth primarily the appetite for Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. “Organisations have got two problems, the first being getting their people productive, the second looking after their top talent. Both needs require systems and know how and industrial age paper shuffling systems don’t cut it anymore."

Post the Global Financial Crisis, employees need more clarity under pressure of higher expectations from their employer. After eight years, we have run out of space and have now moved to our new office at Level 2, 484 St Kilda Road. All our other contact details remain exactly the same. We are all very excited because we can now enjoy greatly improved facilities, excellent collaboration space, a huge new boardroom, a lot of new office technology, bicycle storage, showers etc. We completed the move last Friday and will be unpacking crates for about 28 years !

The UK based CIPD released findings from a survey of 500 businesses at this link. The CIPD research has helped validate much of our work by concluding that PM is a strong driver of employee engagement and that it also helps "manage talent, skills and communicate key messages".
