Professional Pathways sent us a certificate of appreciation for helping place Monash University students as interns.

This year we are hosting two sessions of the TalkPoint Performance Management MasterClass. They are being run during mid November in Melbourne and Sydney for HR Executives.

We've added personal triangulation to our Engagement software. It lets employees compare their own personal engagement score against the organisation average so they can work out how they fit. We don't think anyone else has done this before.

This follows up on our RapidEcho personal performance assessment tool, like a 360 but driven by the employee. Both form part of our Enterprise 2.0 offering.

Lyle delivered a presentation to the NSW Police Force executive management team, acting in his role as President of the Performance Management Institute of Australia. Topics covered included Performance Management, Human Capital Effectiveness and Enterprise 2.0. NSW Police Commissioner, Andrew Scipione, thanked Lyle and presented us with a plaque. Anna helped Lyle deliver the presentation.
