PeopleStreme is offering the opportunity to trial a fully functional online eRecruitment system, accessed through the Employment/Careers page on the client's website.
The eRecruitment system helps organisations easily build searchable resume and candidate pools for immediate and future use.
As a special bonus, the PeopleStreme Onboarding software module is included in the trial. This means it is now possible to hire and onboard employees all through one easy to use, fully integrated online system. The system also interfaces directly with Australia's leading online job board to maximise the client's advertising reach.
The trial offer applies immediately and is open until 30th June 2011. After 30th June, clients may continue using the software provided they have paid the required software licence fees, otherwise the trial will terminate.
This means many clients will be able to pay out of next year’s budget (ie after 1st July 2011). PeopleStreme has limited the offer to twenty organisations.

PeopleStreme has a fully integrated approach to Learning and Development. Learning and Development can be linked to Competency Gap analysis and/or Strategic Analysis. Both drive organizational performance when implemented correctly.
Drive Blended Learning
PeopleStreme Learning and Development enables organizations to structure development into the 70:20:10 model, 70 per cent on the job training, 20 per cent mentoring and coaching, and 10 per cent formal learning. Each category has a library the employees and managers can choose from and SkillSoft will play a vital role with the injection of their expansive e-learning resources into PeopleStreme’s comprehensive training regime.
Reduce Time to Effectiveness
In a period where organizations are looking for cost efficiencies, this on line instant approach to learning reduces the time it takes for a person to become effective and productive. With appropriate learning, employees can complete learning in “dead time” and attain the skills they need to be productive faster and with more certainty. All of this is a winner to organizations who are looking for productivity gains.
According to SkillSoft’s Regional Sales Director for Australia and New Zealand, Maryanne Puli, SkillSoft’s affiliation with PeopleStreme is a great opportunity to make available the best online resources to employees who have a true hunger for rich and diverse courseware which aligns with business competencies.
“PeopleStreme’s uncompromising commitment to bringing and delivering innovative education initiatives that link to their performance solutions is what we, at SkillSoft are excited about. This is what drives the value of the relationship for our customers.”

We've added personal triangulation to our Engagement software. It lets employees compare their own personal engagement score against the organisation average so they can work out how they fit. We don't think anyone else has done this before.
This follows up on our RapidEcho personal performance assessment tool, like a 360 but driven by the employee. Both form part of our Enterprise 2.0 offering.
