We've added personal triangulation to our Engagement software. It lets employees compare their own personal engagement score against the organisation average so they can work out how they fit. We don't think anyone else has done this before.
This follows up on our RapidEcho personal performance assessment tool, like a 360 but driven by the employee. Both form part of our Enterprise 2.0 offering.
