Code of Ethics Policy

PeopleStreme believes ethical policy is derived from deeply held values. The officers and stakeholders of the company have a history of maintaining high ethical standards in their organisations. This has translated into the highest standards of ethical, non discriminatory and confidential conduct in all our dealings.

Our high standard of ethical behaviour protects the interests of our staff, clients and suppliers. We encourage our staff to maintain the same high level of ethical standards in their personal lives in order to ensure consistent outcomes in their dealings with all people.

The culture of PeopleStreme is very much one of openess and transparency and consequently the company treats ethical breaches with severity. We are one of the very few Consulting and Software companies which trusts its staff implicitly. PeopleStreme supports global ethical initiatives such as :

To facilitate our very high ethical standards, PeopleStreme observes the following procedures and ethics:

  • We strive to avoid any possible conflict of interest with all our clients.
  • We will ensure that internal policing of ethical standards is constantly executed by the officers of PeopleStreme.
  • We advise our existing clients when we intend to work with a competitive client. Wherever possible we will appoint to each new client an account team which does not have an existing competitive client in the same industry or niche.
  • Client confidential information is maintained confidential. We will not pass on existing client information to any other client without the express written consent of our existing client.
  • We do not advise employees from existing clients about employment opportunities with other clients or non-clients.
