In these terms and conditions, the terms, we, us and our are a reference to Peoplestreme Pty Ltd ACN 097 265 462.

Amendments to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of the website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

Personal use

Except where expressly stated otherwise, you may only use the website and any information or other services available from it for your personal use and not for any commercial purpose.

Free Telephone Consultation

Where the website offers "Free Telephone Consultation", any such consultation is limited to the extent that the PeopleStreme consultant may terminate the consultation at any time after ten minutes of the consultant's time have elapsed, for one or more telephone calls by the same person or organisation, whether any outcome has been achieved by the telephone caller or not and whether the information provided by PeopleStreme has been of use or not. PeopleStreme does not accept any fee for this service and disclaims all liability for the consultation to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Information Services

Where you complete an electronic form with your contact details, you will be taken to have consented to our using that information to send you news, information about our activities and general promotional material which we believe may be useful to you, by e-mail or other means, unless you advise us that you do not want to receive those communications. If later, you no longer wish to receive those communications, you can e-mail us accordingly at enquiry@peoplestreme.com . When we send you those communication services, we will include a means for you to unsubscribe to those communications. If you ask us to unsubscribe from any of those services, we will try to comply as soon as we can. You acknowledge that there may be delays in our complying with such a request.

Registered users

In order to be able to access the information offered on this website, you may be required to become a registered user. To become a registered user, you must complete your registration details in the manner described on the website. Registration is free but non-transferable.

We reserve the right to terminate your registration at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.
