PeopleStreme Exit Survey is HR software which enables the HR department to provide specific Exit Survey reports to managers about their
Departments (the reasons why employees are leaving). Exit Survey can highlight "hot spots" where employee initiated turnover is excessive and costing
too much and can improve Employee Engagement by identifying problematic workplaces. In these areas HR and line managers can create
active strategies to reduce Employee Initiated Turnover. The software can summarize the cost of EIT to the organisation as a whole
and in specific departments. For example, if EIT is 30% in
the Finance Department and 9% elsewhere, then an active strategy
that reflects the reasons why people are leaving needs to
be put on place. This allows the HR department to focus on strategic Human Capital initiatives to reduce EIT rather than the compilation of EIT data.
Advantages over existing Methods of EIT Collation
There are several advantages, as follows:
- Far more time efficient for HR. No exit interviews, no
data collation no formatting data for reports.
- Reporting data is instantly available, no delays for
data collation and reporting.
- HR can apply effort to strategies to fix HOT SPOTS as
opposed to spending time on data collation and reporting.
- CFO ready report with total cost of EIT or by Department
or by Manager.
- This is not a surveying tool. Surveying tools typically
do not link to payroll and therefore cannot collate the data
by department, manager, location or any other information
as a survey does not extract this information from payroll.
Flexible Questionaire
The EIT Module has a pre-built questionnaire into which
users key their data if they are leaving the organisation
of their own volition. The questions can be altered to suit
the questions you use within your organisation i.e. the questions
can be customized by HR via the HR Administrator Control
Panel.
The questionnaire is delivered to the EIT employee via email
once HR has been advised that the employee is leaving the
organisation. HR generate the questionnaire and email via
the HR Administrator Control Panel.
Full Reporting
As indicated previously, reporting is instant, always on
demand and can be printed at your request, by manager, department,
reasons for EIT and other custom reports.
