single largest Human Capital costs for any employer. Estimates of controllable staff turnover are in the region
of 50% of the total turnover and understanding this problem can significantly improve overall Employee Engagement. The most
common reason why unintended turnover is not addressed with an active strategy
is the lack of an exit survey report provided to line managers, i.e. they
don’t have the right HR software to understand why staff leave and therefore there
are no actions to reduce staff turnover or to support more effective Workforce Planning.
PeopleStreme has developed an anonymous exit interview module that can be added to existing modules or can be installed standalone. The Exit Interview module enables organisations to collect, collate and report on exit survey statistics. Once the exit interview data is collated, active strategies can be developed to reduce staff turnover.
