PeopleStreme employee Performance Evaluation is HR software which contains an appraisal form tailored to each organisation's' requirements. The Performance Evaluation process supports a review frequency of annual, half yearly, quarterly or monthly reviews. Learning and Development systems can be linked in to provide course lists and "Requested Course" reports as part of the Performance Evaluation.
