PeopleStreme
acknowledges its commitment to the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector)
Act 2000 in relation to the storage, management and disclosure of personal
information in the course of conducting its business. This Privacy Policy applies to past, present and potential future employees of PeopleStreme and to users of the www.peoplestreme.com website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to users of software which has been properly licensed and is used by PeopleStreme's customers.

take all reasonable steps to ensure security of our websites. Information stored on our website
(your registration or an email profile)
is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

ensure security of your personal information, you should maintain the
confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the PeopleStreme website.

you believe there has been any unauthorised access to your information

does PeopleStreme use your personal information?

performance appraisals;

assessment of your ongoing performance;

tests or assessment that you might be required to undertake;

- our

clients of PeopleStreme Pty Ltd;
- referees if you have been a prior employee;

Workers Compensation body;

conduct our business (or provide us with inaccurate or incorrect information);

to Your Information

can access the personal information that PeopleStreme holds about you by contacting
the PeopleStreme Privacy Officer as set out below. We will provide you with access
to your personal information unless we are legally authorised to refuse
your request. We may levy a moderate administration charge for providing
access.
If
you wish to change personal information that is out of date or inaccurate
at any time please contact us. After notice from you, we will take reasonable
steps to correct any of your information which is inaccurate, incomplete
or out of date. If you wish to have your personal information deleted
please let us know and we will delete that information wherever practicable.
We
may refuse your request to access, amend or delete your personal information
in certain circumstances. If we do refuse your request, we will provide
you with a reason for our decision and, in the case of amendment, we will
note with your personal information that you have disputed its accuracy.
