BCEC secured the PeopleStreme eRecruitment module back in June 2015. It was certainly deemed time to modernise and technically update our HR systems and processes at BCEC. An out of date and no longer supported applicant tracking data base required replacement, so this was the beginning of our journey to implement a HRIS.

The product is good and so are the people who administer and manage PeopleStreme.

Moving forward and frankly to be taken seriously in today’s world of technology, eRecruitment is a must for any progressive business.
