What are the National Priorities for Health Insurance Funds

Our National Human Capital Management Survey results indicate that the number one focus in HCM for Health Insurance Funds over the course of the next year is Performance Management.

We then see Learning & Development and Workforce Planning as 2nd and 3rd most important priorities. Running close behind to make up the top 5 are compliance reporting, identifying key staff at risk and developing retention plans.

Who are the major decision makers & current systems in the market?

57% of of Human Capital Investment decisions lie with the CEO with the balance primarily being made by the HR Director and the CFO.

29% of Health Insurance Funds indicated they have a Manual/Paper-based Process, while 65% have some automation and 6% claim to have a fully Automated Human Capital environment.

What's best for my company?

Nationally, almost three quarters of all Health Insurance Funds surveyed state they could make better decisions if they were equipped with more information on World’s Best Practise & had access to relevant Return on Investmentcalculators for HCM projects.

From this survey data and subsequent feedback from key HR Leaders, we were able to understand that most HR projects aren't getting off the ground due to weak or non-existent business cases.
