What is one Ascender?

The goal of One Ascender is to bring Peoplestreme and Ascender payroll services together as a single family, to ultimately improve our customer experience and internal teamwork.

We aim to achieve an end-point where we have one Corporate identity – Ascender– supported by multiple products (Ascender Preceda, Ascender PeoplePay,Ascender PeopleStreme, Ascender Pay, Ascender Workcloud). The work will cover everything from our digital footprint (websites, social, email domains),financial reporting, go-to-market / support models and people initiatives.

What are the main changes?

PeopleStreme now is Ascender PeopleStreme

PeopleStreme is now named Ascender PeopleStreme. We have changed our logo, colour palette, website, digital and print branding to bring us line with Ascender brand guidelines.

Email address change

We have changed from PeopleStreme to Ascender email addresses.
i.e. name@peoplestreme.com to  name@ascenderhcm.com

PeopleStreme will continue to receive emails at the peoplestreme domain to ensure we don’t lose any email sent to these addresses. However we encourage you to update your contact list to avoid any confusion in the future.

Website & Social media accounts rebrand

The PeopleStreme website has undergone a re-branding including changes to our colour palette and font types. We are also re-branding our social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Vimeo and YouTube in a similar fashion.

What is the time frame?

The process started in October 2019 and will continue into early 2020.

What has happened with PeopleStreme emails?

We have changed from PeopleStreme to Ascender email addresses.
i.e. name@peoplestreme.com to  name@ascenderhcm.com

Why PeopleStreme changed their email addresses?

Since joining the Ascender HCM family, we have been transitioning our branding, colours, logo and website to be inline with Ascender. The change of email is a continuation of this process.

Will PeopleStreme continue to receive email to their old domain?

PeopleStreme will continue to receive emails at the peoplestreme domain to ensure we don’t lose any email sent to these addresses. However we encourage you to update your contact list to avoid any confusion in the future.

When did this occur?

As of December 18th, all emails were switched from name@peoplestreme.com to  name@ascenderhcm.com.
