Customised System Training Material

PeopleStreme standard system functionality training material can be tailored to client requirements, system configuration and branding.

Customised Payroll Import Automation

PeopleStreme Development team can modify default Payroll Import fields (add) to meet client requirements.

We integrate with your Third Party Payroll system

Development team can develop “2-way” integration with a Third Party Payroll provider based on client requirements. This integration can only be developed if Payroll Provider supports “2-way” integration.

Import Historical Data from a Third Party Application

PeopleStreme can assist with historical data imports as per client requirements. (For example: learning transcripts).

Deployment Quick Start Pack (DQSP)

The deployment quick start pack is applicable for each module purchased. It includes configuration verification, administrator training and up to 20 hours Professional Services Support.

Administrator Training

This session is to train new System Administrators, or refresher training for existing Administrators at an existing client.  This is different to the DQSP as the project has already been implemented, this is for training only.  It does not include the 20 hours consulting time that a DQSP would have

Super User Training Workshop

Super User Training Workshops equip the client with internal Super User system champions who can confidently deliver effective training and provide support to the end users within the organisation.

The session covers the front-end of the system in detail (specific to the client’s configuration), however also incorporates some of the change management and process related considerations that the client will need to address in the internal roll-out of the project

End User Training

End-User training includes a detailed walkthrough of the front-end (user view) of the relevant module. The focus of the training is on the system functionality.

Advanced Performance Management Techniques: Executive & Manager Workshop

This workshop has been designed to skill Senior Executives and Mid-Level Line Managers with advanced performance management techniques by linking all employee goals and objectives to the goals and strategy of the organisation to drive organisational improvement.

Note: This workshop can be tailored to organisations that don’t have PeopleStreme products
