The Managing Up Workshop provides participants with the awareness, tools and techniques to effectively work and communicate with their managers in a way that is in the best interest of themselves, their manager and the organisation as whole. A conscious approach simplifies the entire management process and facilitates in effectively managing expectations; and setting and achieving mutual agreed-upon goals.

Soft Skills Workshop

This workshop has been developed to improve interpersonal skills of participants who wish to excel in regular one on one sessions and effective communication in general. Skills gained from this training, will improve the awareness of empathy and the ability to adjust their communication style to their audience. This session can be customised based on the required audience (For example: Employees, Management Team).

Advanced Performance Management Techniques: eLearning course

This eLearning course has been designed to skill participants with advanced performance management techniques by linking employee goals and objectives to the goals and strategy of the organisation to drive organisational improvement.

This eLearning course typically accompanies the Executive & Manager Workshops when organisations wish to cascade the learnings acquired by the Executive and Mid-Level Line Managers to the remainder of the organisation.
